Haiku Did That Happen?

My boy was fifteen
months yesterday! How is that?
Where'd my baby go?

He walks, runs and shrieks
He climbs and jumps like a champ
I swear he's cursing

A year ago I
wished for him to grow
but not now! Please stop!

Nursing is over
So many milestones
Now he's a toddler )-:

he is so cute... I agree with you - they grow up way too fast, which sounds cliche, but it is true...

They do grow so fast....and just like transplanting said, they don't stop..my baby will be going to kindergarten this year....sigh...hard to believe how fast time flies...enjoy every adorable minute of those beautiful children...'cause it's gone in a blink of an eye..my oldest will be 18 in 3 months...before long, I will be a grandmother...why oh why can't we stop father time, mmmm???

I hate it when they do that. It's simply NOT allowed. Funny when I clicked the link you had at Jen's it took me to one of his in October. So, it was just like he'd just been tiny.

I just can't get over how much he has grown. He is SO cute (and we have that same toy) - man would we have a fun time together. Let's do a playdate today at 3. Mkay? :)

Aw, great 'ku. They do grow up so fast, don't they?

ah, but he still has that little baby belly and the chubby little legs, good for nibbling on. I still nibble on my son's legs but, at nearly two years, his legs are not so chubby anymore. His baby-ness is fleeting!

I keep telling the baby to slow down... to let me get my fill of his babyness as he is my last and he seems pretty bent on not listening to my pleas.

Great ku!
