You don't have to have a child with a particular anger "problem" to benefit from the book, which has help on how to help your child build his feelings vocabulary, self-soothe, and problem-solve. There is also support for parents on how to use time out or holding positively and safely, and how to deal with a child when they become physically out of control. There is also a chapter on self-care for parents, and one to help parents decide when to reach out for more help. Good luck! Your issues sounds very normal, but your positive responses will certainly help your child become emotionally mature over time.Pam Provonsha Hopkinshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07955331430444039767noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-352718524063385277.post-43405911701529402782008-04-20T15:34:00.000-07:002008-04-20T15:34:00.000-07:00Oh yeah, we've gone through that, too, and round t...Oh yeah, we've gone through that, too, and round two will start in a few months, I'm sure.

Good luck to you in these trying times. :)Christinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07345875955750219033noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-352718524063385277.post-14044934765163317932008-04-19T12:18:00.000-07:002008-04-19T12:18:00.000-07:00No fun...no advice...right there with you:(No fun...no advice...right there with you:(Cynthiahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00625673916138703709noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-352718524063385277.post-4791805210948728562008-04-18T19:10:00.000-07:002008-04-18T19:10:00.000-07:00I found 16-18 VERY tough.
